Have you ever sat waiting for your body to stop hurting long enough to finally move. If you answer is yes then you live with chronic and widespread pain and exhausting fatigue. What I wonder though is how do you fight back? I meditate and create to keep my mind and fingers nimble. But this women's had just about enough.
As most people know I suffer from fibromyalgia and sarcoidosis two auto immune issues that are unpleasant alone and almost unbearable with both. The less you move the more you hurt. When you hurt you start moving less which sets in with fatigue. It's a vicious cycle that has to break some where! I've learned a large amount about both of the issues and prefer to take a holistic approach when ever I can.
Mediation helps greatly when coping with pain, creating helps you better then most anti depression meds or pain meds. Yoga beckons to me now it's time to fight back.
So always remember to keep creating and asking questions about the world around you. Your never alone!
